Choudhry Muzaffar, MRICS, MSRE
Started his career appraising real estate in the Chicago land area in 2005 as an independent fee appraiser for many local, regional and national mortgage originators and banks. In 2008, Choudhry joined Saudi Home Loans which was the 1st entry into the residential finance market in Saudi Arabia, to setup an internal valuation department. Choudhry, also worked for JLL Valuation Advisory in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Choudhry has completed appraisal assignments for range of private, public sector and corporate clients both within the US and internationally.
As the founder of Collateral Valuation Services, Choudhry provides appraisal services for internal decision making, loan security to variety of clients.
Choudhry is chartered member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Holds a Bachelors degree from the University of Illinois - Urbana majoring in Economics and Masters from Roosevelt University in Real Estate. Choudhry is a licensed certified residential appraiser in the State of Illinois.
